Complaints Procedure

Please NOTE: 1. Complaints WILL NOT be replied to if posted on any online platforms eg- tripadvisor, booking.com, expedia, facebook, twitter, airbnb etc. 2. Complaints MUST be reported within 4 days of departure date through our designated complaints email address below. 3. Issues that could have been resolved, however not brought to the attention of the staff during your stay, will not be replied to. 4. Genuine issues & justified complaints will be rectified by way of voucher towards a future stay - There is a strict no refunds policy in place. 5.Aphrodites Hotel group’s legal department reserve the right to financially pursue any parties who post slanderous comments on any online platforms. 6. Please email your complaint, stating your booking reference, to complaints@aphroditeshotel.co.uk allowing up to 4 working days for a response.
