Blacksticks Creamy
A soft creamy almost spreadable blue cheese from The Cumberland Dairy near Appleby-In-Westmorland, Cumbria, claimed a silver award at the 2005 British cheese awards.
Quickes Farmhouse Cheddar
Superb farmhouse cheese from Quickes Dairy in Devon, matured in cloth for 18 months for a deep lingering flavour
