Booking Conditions:
Reservations- The hotel reserves the right to change your room if circumstances dictate that the room is non operational and we can not guarantee the room as booked but we do our utmost to facilitate the booking.
Cancellations-The payment in full is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or the date transferred. A full charge would be levied for the meals plus total number of nights booked. If you have to cancel your reservation or wish to change the date, please advise us immediately. However, if we are able to re-let the accommodation on the same terms we will refund by way of a voucher or transfer your booking to another date. We recommend that holiday insurance should be taken. Guest booking on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis will be charged that rate even if dinner is not taken. The room price is based on two people sharing, children and pets are not accepted at Aphrodites.
A refund may be given at the discretion of the Management
