Bookings
Please contact the hotel directly on 015394 45052 to make an appointment.
For hotel residents treatments are still available either side of check in/out times. Non residents are also most welcome to book treatments. Bookings are taken from 10am onwards.

Payments / Cancellations
Payment for Beauty treatments is on the day and will be processed by your Therapist.
Payments can be made in advance if the treatment is a gift for someone.
We require at least 24hrs notice for appointment cancellations, or 50% of the treatment will be taken. We are self employed Beauty Therapists and a separate business to the Hotel. If for any reason, you decide not to stay in the Hotel on arrival, you will still be expected to have your treatments.
Gift Vouchers
We can send out gift vouchers or have them ready in Hotel rooms as a nice surprise. All we need are your card details to process payment and contact details to send out a receipt. If you would like any guidance regarding organising a gift voucher then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
